Each monthly café will offer free lunch from the Stars N Stripes Café and will have a unique program planned that is stimulating and fun. In March, Jaci McCarty, a mindfulness, meditation, and yoga instructor of 15 years, will teach you meditation techniques that will help light up your brain and manage stress. Registration required.
