Tuesday, January 12
2:30 – 3:30 P.M. Donation: $5
They called her a “girl reporter”. Instead of writing for the society pages, she broke boundaries in her quest for serious news, reporting on scandalous criminal cases. Dr. Emilie Lucchesi transports audiences to Chicago in the early 1920s and examines how Forbes’ ambition combined with the era’s scrupulous journalism ethics allowed her to do serious damage. Upon registration, please provide us with your email address. A link to join this event virtually via Zoom will be sent to your email. Registration required.
