Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare the meals, discuss health benefits, history and culture behind the food as well as different cooking techniques. Please note: due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, you will not be able to eat the prepared meals during class time. We ask that you bring containers so you can take the food samples home to try.
