Memory Café

Anyone experiencing mild memory loss or cognitive impairment, along with their caregiver, is welcome to the monthly virtual Memory Café program. In May, join us for a special presentation with Mane in Heaven. We are connecting with miniature therapy horses to promote empathy, kindness, and overall well-being. In June, we welcome Jaci McCarty, a mindfulness, meditation, and yoga instructor of 15 years, teaches you meditation techniques that help light up your brain and manage stress.
