Join Chef Pina as she prepares healthy, cost-effective meals. Chef Pina demonstrates how to prepare meals, discuss health benefits, history, and culture behind the food as well as different cooking techniques. We ask that you bring containers so you can take the food samples home to try. Each week is a chef’s surprise from locally grown, seasonal options. Each menu includes an appetizer, fresh bread, a protein, vegetable, and dessert. For weekly menu details, please contact the Senior Center. Registration required.
