People who have moderate to severe immune compromised medical conditions and people who have received immunosuppressive medications or treatments may receive a 3rd dose 28 days after receipt of the second dose.</span></li>    <li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We will have both Pfizer and J&amp;J.</span></li></ul><p><font color="#000000">Call the Community Health Office at (630) 483-5665 to schedule an appointment&nbsp;time. Cook County Health will be on site from 9:00am to 3:00pm administering the vaccine in our Nurse's offices.&nbsp;</font></p>
