Beginning September 15, online registration will open. Please visit www.hanover-township.org  to register. Documents must be dropped off at Astor Avenue Community Center no later than 2 weeks from date of registration to be accepted.

 

The following are required in order to process your application:

  1. Valid I.D.
  2. Proof of Residency (utility bill or piece of mail dated within the last 30 days)
  3. Birth certificates for children 0-15 years or DHS Medical Card with birthdates
  4. Income covering 30 days prior to the date of application.
  5. Additional items may be requested to determine eligibility.

 

Notification will be sent no later than December 8, 2023 with pick-up information.
