DESCRIPTION:<p>Beginning Tuesday, October 1st, on-line registration will open through December 15th. Please visit www.hanover-township.org to register. Documents <span style="text-decoration: underline;">must</span>&nbsp;be dropped off in person at: Hanover Township Community Center, 7431 Astor Avenue, Hanover Park, no later than two weeks from date of registration to be accepted. Following documents will be required:</p><p>- Valid I.D.</p><p>- Proof of Residency (utility bill or piece of mailed dated within the last 30 days)</p><p>- Birth certificates for children 0-15 years or DHS Medical Card with birthdates</p><p>- Income covering 30 days prior to the date of application.&nbsp;</p><p>- Additional items may be requested to determine eligibility.&nbsp;</p>
