In January, the group will make a sand art project. For the month of February, we welcome Jaci McCarty, a mindfulness, meditation, and yoga instructor who will teach you meditation techniques that will help light up your brain and manage stress. Please note: Only light refreshments will be served in February due to the nature of the activity. Registration required.
