This mini retreat will feature yoga, lunch, craft project and cookie exchange. Please bring a pillow, blanket and yoga mat if you have one. Dress in layers for optimum comfort. Also, please bring 3 dozen cookies and a take-home container for the cookie exchange. Registration is required. Instructor: Teresa Donoho-Speranza.
