Social Services Specialist Thalia Robles leads an Ageless Grace session, a brain fitness program that incorporates the body and the mind. All are welcomed regardless of physical ability. Registered individuals will receive light dumbells and resistance bans to follow along with the programs. Registration is required as this session is offered in-person and space is limited.
