Brain Games for Your Healthis a nurse-ran activity for brain health & medical resource tool developed to provide purposeful opportunities for older adults to engage intellectually. This class aims to increase socialization through group participation in order to better understand the health care system as well as your own body systems. Each class, participants will have fun completing various brain puzzles with a focus on a different component including body systems, medications, prevention & more! Participants may sign up for one class or multiple classes.
