It is 1979, the day of the church’s Centennial Celebration, and past parishioners have gathered to share hot dishes, bars, and stories from the last 100 years. The Centennial Celebration is bittersweet. Times are tough and hard decisions have to be made. Meal choices are Braised Pork Belly, Lemon Pepper Chicken, Thai Grilled Shrimp, or Vegetarian Cacciatore.
