This is a chair-based Hatha Yoga class with gentle seated and standing poses, excluding floor mat exercises. Instructor Laura Trujillo leads this class indoors at the Senior Center. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, you may borrow one from the Senior Center but will need to transport it to and from class each time.
