Hanover Township welcomes anyone in the community who is experiencing mild memory loss or cognitive impairment and their caregiver to the monthly Memory Café program. In September, we welcome Jenna Eisenberg for a special Ageless Grace presentation featuring fun, chair-based movements designed to engage the brain and body through music and movement. In October, a music therapist from Greater Chicago Music Therapy discusses how music can support cognitive skills. The presentation focuses on social interaction, active engagement, and cognitive and sensory stimulation. Please note: Only light refreshments are served due to the nature of the activity.
