Learn the basics of fermentation and make your own sauerkraut. Participants takes home a jar of sauerkraut, a recipe, and all supplies needed. This program is facilitated by volunteer Bev DeJovine (who has also hosted Fly-Fishing and Pickle Perfect). Registration required.
