October 21st is Check Your Meds Day. To celebrate, the Office of Community Health will offer medication counseling with a pharmacist from Bartlett Pharmacy.
Please bring your prescribed medication list in addition to any over-the-counter medications you may take.
Appointments are required and will last 20 minutes.
